Classes & Workshops
We offer a variety of evidence-based, interactive classes for the Marion-Polk region. We alternate locations between Silverton, Salem, and other neighboring communities.
All of our classes are offered using an economic justice pricing tool and some are even currently free through grant funding!
Silver Creek Birth Class
Come learn with us at our beloved Silver Creek Birth Class, where we spend a power-packed, interactive day learning about the human body, what to expect during labor, and how to cope with the intensity of this life event. We practice breathing, comfort measures, learn about medical interventions, and spend time reflecting on the journey ahead.

Spinning Babies® Birth Preparation Class
Our 3.5 hour body movement class is designed to help you find ease and comfort during pregnancy, while preparing your body for labor. Together, we’ll learn simple Daily Activities that lengthen and soften ligaments and fascia, and we’ll practice the amazing Three Balances℠ together that you and your partner can use now and in labor.

Lactation Preparation Workshop
This is our fun, interactive lactation preparation workshop where we get our hands busy practicing skills and learning all the little hurdles commonly experienced, so that you are prepared to handle them when the time comes!
Infant Massage Workshop
Infant massage is a gentle, nurturing way to support your baby’s health, development, and emotional well-being—while also building your own confidence. Whether you're looking to deepen your bond, ease common discomforts like gas or fussiness, or simply enjoy quiet time with your little one, this class offers a warm, welcoming space to learn and grow together.
Build Your Nest Postpartum Planning Virtual Workshop
This virtual workshop is a unique experience, where we meet together to work our way through the Build Your Nest Postpartum Planning Workbook by Kestrel Gates. We will learn the concept of the “Milk Retreat” and “Newborn Map” and what it really means to honor this very special and vulnerable transition into parenthood. Group will meet once a week for 1 hour, over 4 weeks. A copy of the workbook is required (covered in the cost) and bringing your partner or another support person is encouraged.

Pregnancy Loss Grief Circle
Grieving the loss of a pregnancy is an intensely personal and often isolating experience. It can feel like the world keeps moving while you're left to navigate a sea of complex emotions alone. We understand the profound impact of early pregnancy loss, stillbirth, termination, and infant loss. a space to honor grief and hold each other in community with others who may be on a similar path. These gatherings provide a compassionate environment where participants can process their grief, share their stories, and find solace through community support. This grief circle is completely free to you. Please come as you are and let us support you.
